On March 5, 2025, our Turkish client, Mr. Emre Kaya, signed a semi-automatic flexible stone production line contract with LYA Group. In response to local climate conditions, market demands, and engineering standards, LYA Group customized a localized flexible stone mass-production line to help the client penetrate the domestic building materials market.
One-Stop Delivery Service: LYA Group provided full-chain turnkey services, including: a localized semi-automatic complete production equipment set, custom molds tailored to local styles, exclusive formula and color schemes adapted for weather resistance, guidance on local material sourcing in Turkey, as well as on-site installation, full-line commissioning, and hands-on operator training.
Project Results: The project has completed installation, commissioning, and hands-on training, and has successfully commenced production. The client has successfully trial-produced flexible stone samples that meet local standards and qualified specifications. The entire solution was delivered within a short timeframe with strong stability, effectively reducing the client’s technical and cost pressures associated with establishing an overseas factory, and enabling the client to rapidly achieve standardized mass production and market deployment.
