Planetary Mixer
Our Planetary Mixer delivers uniform, high-efficiency dispersion with 6 mixing arms and 6 blades. Features 18.5kW Deshengxiang motor, Delta inverter, and 0-800r/min variable speed control. Handles 375L input/250L output capacity. The planetary high-speed dispersion system ensures thorough mixing, while adjustable speed accommodates diverse formulation requirements for flexible stone production.
Spraying Host Machine
Designed for material spraying during the production process, featuring advanced intelligent control. Each of the four spray guns can be independently operated and activates only upon detecting the arrival of a mold, minimizing material waste and facilitating easy cleaning.
Independent Drying Chamber – 2
Our Independent Drying Chamber is designed for the Flexible Stone Production Solution 3.0, comprising 3 individual units totaling 156m² working area. Each unit features a heating system, internal air circulation, dehumidification, temperature/humidity sensors, and display screen. Each shelf holds 12 layers, delivering 300m² capacity. PLC-controlled, it requires zero to one operator for accurate, automated drying.
Independent Drying Chamber – 1
The Independent Drying Chamber is purpose-built for Flexible Stone Production Solution 4.0. It enables automatic warehouse in-and-out operations, eliminating manual handling. Each chamber holds 12 racks × 12 layers, delivering 403m² drying area. Powered by 18 circulation fans and a Riello 200,000 kcal/h burner, with PLC precision control—requiring zero to one operator for accurate, efficient drying.
