Founded in 2005, LYA Group Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive building materials technology enterprise integrating R&D, large-scale manufacturing, specialized equipment production, and full-process technical solutions. Our technical team comprises 15 structure and process engineers, 8 mechanical and electrical engineers, 12 mold technology engineers, and 5 material formulation specialists, with deep expertise in color matching, flexible stone modification, and PU stone molding. After receiving the advance payment, the seller shall provide the detailed raw material formula and supplier information required to the Buyer, and cooperate with the buyer in purchasing raw materials and equipment. And provide soft porcelain cultural stone samples to the buyer, based on the quality of the samples provided, the seller guarantees that it can guide the buyer to make the same quality products.After the seller has all the raw materials and equipment in place, the buyer will send technical personnel to the door for production teaching to ensure that the buyer's personnel can master the production process.
The seller is responsible for providing the buyer with production technical training, formula details and raw material supplier system; The seller is responsible for sending technical personnel to the buyer for production process guidance, to ensure that the buyer can skilled production. The maximum term of on-site teaching is not more than 20 days, and 2 years of free remote technical consultation; No more than three times of on-site guidance, on-site guidance is only for the same group of guidance objects (technical personnel), if the buyer to change technical personnel, the buyer must send people to the seller's site to learn related technologies.
After the product is shipped, the company's sales will update the information to the buyer in a timely manner according to the delivery situation. If the product is damaged during transportation, the Lya Group company will replace the product free of charge and bear the second shipping freight.
During the warranty period, due to the quality problems of the product itself, Lya Group Company provides free replacement; During the warranty period, any man-made damage or bad use damage shall be replaced by the buyer, and the cost shall be paid by the buyer. Upon expiration, the cost will be paid according to the standard part price list.
